I do not understand their unconcerned to respond to correct a matter of importance.
We really liked Doctor Mann, but their response time to correct any problems or concerns is VOID!
This place is not worth the frustration, work on your Communication skills & Response to a person's needs!
I called there office this morning at 8:00 am waited 1 hr no response called back got a recording it is now 10:30.

I have had wonderful experiences here with Dr. Mann and the staff at Boyne Valley. Dr. Mann doesn't rush things during office visits and makes sure that I understand everything about my health. My wife has seen nurse practitioner Kim and has had great service as well. I've never had an issue scheduling appointments with Dr. Mann and the wait times at the walk-in clinic have always been minimal. Excellent facility!!
This place is a nightmare; do not waste your time! Upon entering, you're hatefully greeted by an extremely uneducated, disrespectful, negative woman named Patti K. Initially, I thought her condescending remarks were directed to me. However, what I experienced each visit for over a span of 8 months was; her discriminating tactics were only geared towards certain individuals, while breaking HIPAA, PL 104-191 laws.
Went there 6 months ago, our prescriptions that we have, have not be transferred to express Scripts as of yet, express Scripts sends a fax to doctors office they do not respond. So our prescription gets canceled even though we have called Doctor Mann's office TIME AND TIME AGAIN!
My husband and I took the day off from work to find a doctor went to see Dr. Mann .
